MEMBERSHIP FEE CHANGE UPDATE 7/27/2010 - The Blue Max Board is pleased to announce that they have reduced the 2010 Membership Fee to $100.00 for the remainder of the year. Join now and receive all the benefits of membership including free access to the track during track hours and pay member rates on race day.
Family membership has been reduced to $200 per year. For this, you get a key to the track and can practice any day of the year (except Wednesdays when the track is closed to everyone except organized Kart Schools) from 9 am to 6pm. This track membership is a great bargain. Shop around and you’ll see what we mean!
In the event you already paid the $250 membership rate contact the Board treasurer to arrange for either a refund of the excess membership fee, or to receive one race credit.
Membership must be paid by sign in at the May 16 club race (cross over) to earn Blue Max championship points for 2010
Joining Blue Max
There are a couple of ways to join Blue Max. Start by downloading and printing the 2010 Membership Application. (Be sure to sign both pages 1 and 2.) Send the signed application and a check for $200 to Blue Max Kart Club, PO Box 362, Davis, CA 95617. You'll receive a key and membership cards through the mail. If you'd prefer, bring your signed application and payment to the track most weekends and a track representative will hand you a key and membership card on the spot.
Practice for members of Blue Max is always free! Come out any day (except Wednesday) and run anytime between 9 am and 6 pm - stay as long as you like and enjoy the day at the track! If you have little ones in need of active play, they'll enjoy our playground complete with swings, a slide and climbing structure. There's plenty of sunshine, or shade-whatever you prefer to enjoy the day.
Practice Fees (for non members)
For non-members, one day practice is $20. The gate is open most Saturdays and Sundays and someone will be at the track to collect your fee and get your signature on a waiver.
Come on out and give the track a try!
When busy, the track is cleared at the top of each hour for kid karts. This is controlled practice and no other kart classes are allowed on the track with the kid karts.
Insurance
Our track insurance does not cover you on practice days. Please be sure that your personal insurance will cover you in case of any accident or injury.
